Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. Tasks: Accompany patients on outdoor recreational activities. Assist with cleaning, sterilizing, setting up and assembling of medical equipment. Perform other duties related to patient care and comfort. Perform other duties related to personal care. Take patients' blood pressure, temperature and pulse. Weigh, lift, turn and position patients. Make beds and maintain patients' rooms. Maintain inventory of supplies. Bathe, dress and groom patients. Administer first aid in emergency situations. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Fast-paced environment. Work under pressure. Physically demanding. Attention to detail. Support for mature workers: Provides staff with awareness training to create a welcoming work environment for mature workers .
