Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. Tasks: Direct and control daily operations . Evaluate daily operations . Manage staff and assign duties. Determine merchandise and services to be sold. Locate, select and procure merchandise for resale. Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints and supply shortages. Supervise office and volunteer staff. Monitor inventory levels of issued materials and stocks. Organise day-to-day business operations. Maintain inventory of supplies, equipment and uniforms.
