Education: No degree, certificate or diploma. Work setting: Optional accommodation available at no charge on a live-in basis. Note: This is NOT a condition of employment. Work in employer's/client's home. Staff accommodation available. Relocation costs covered by employer. Employer's home. Tasks: Sweep, mop, wash and polish floors. Dust furniture. Vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies and upholstered furniture. Make beds and change sheets. Distribute clean towels and toiletries. Stock linen closet. Clean, disinfect and polish kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances. Disinfect operating rooms and other areas. Handle and report lost and found items. Attend to guests' requests for extra supplies or other items. Provide basic information on facilities. Assist clients with bathing and other aspects of personal hygiene. Launder clothing and household linens. Mend clothing and linens. Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties. Wash windows, walls and ceilings. Clean changing rooms and showers. Security and safety: Criminal record check. Transportation/travel information: Public transportation is available. Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years.
