Assess client's needs and resources to recommend the appropriate goods or services. Develop reports and proposals to illustrate benefits from use of good or service. Conduct sales transactions. Prepare and administer sales contracts. Use sales forecasting software. Conduct sales transactions through Internet-based electronic commerce. Review and adapt information regarding product innovations, competitors and market conditions. Provide clients with presentations on the benefits and uses of goods or services. Resolve product and service related problems. Troubleshoot problems related to equipment. Advertise and/or promote products, sales or services. Provide customer service.
