Job details
Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years. Tasks: Calculate and prepare cheques for payroll. Keep financial records and establish, maintain and balance various accounts using manual and computerized bookkeeping systems. Maintain general ledgers and financial statements. Post journal entries. Prepare tax returns. Reconcile accounts. Prepare monthly statements. Perform basic bookkeeping tasks. Manage accounts payable. Prepare bank reconciliations. Prepare invoices, reports, memos, letters, financial statements and administer contracts and other documents. Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years. Support for youths: Participates in a government or community program or initiative that supports youth employment. Support for Indigenous people: Participates in a government or community program or initiative that supports Indigenous people.- LocationScarborough, ON
