Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years. or equivalent experience. Work site environment: Odours. Work setting: Willing to relocate. Beauty shop or aesthetic service. Tasks: Schedule work. Assist clients/guests with special needs. Ensure smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery. Monitor quality and production levels. Requisition or order materials, equipment and supplies. Resolve work problems, provide technical advice and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality. Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule (and possibly review) activities of workers. Train staff/workers in job duties, safety procedures and company policies. Supervise office and volunteer staff. Supervise staff. Supervision: 5-10 people. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Combination of sitting, standing, walking. Work under pressure. Personal suitability: Client focus. Excellent oral communication. Flexibility. Organized.
