Outbound Sales Representative is responsible for identifying, engaging, and converting potential leads into customers through proactive outreach and strategic sales efforts. This role involves acting as a key driver of business growth by leveraging personal networks, executing structured sales processes, and fostering strong customer relationships to ensure long-term success.
*Duties and Responsibilities*
*Lead Generation & Prospecting:*
· Utilize personal networks and external channels to identify, engage, and convert potential leads into customers.
· Conduct proactive outreach via cold calls, emails, and in-person meetings to generate new business opportunities.
· Research and qualify prospective clients, ensuring alignment with the company?s target market.
· Maintain a well-organized database of leads and track all sales activities systematically.
*Sales & Conversion:*
· Adhere to the organization?s structured sales process to efficiently close deals and achieve or exceed sales targets.
· Develop and nurture strong relationships with potential and existing customers, gaining a comprehensive understanding of their needs to provide tailored solutions.
· Conduct negotiations, present product or service offerings effectively, and finalize agreements in a professional manner.
· Address customer inquiries, objections, and concerns with a solutions-oriented approach.
*Customer Relationship Management & Record Keeping:*
· Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system on a daily basis, ensuring all relevant information?including customer data, deals, calls, and meetings?is meticulously recorded and fully trackable.
· Conduct follow-ups with potential and existing clients to sustain long-term business relationships.
· Serve as a primary point of contact for customer support inquiries, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.
*Payment Collection & Relationship Building:*
· Ensure the timely collection of payments from customers while fostering strong, professional relationships.
· Clearly communicate payment terms, invoicing procedures, and due dates, ensuring customers adhere to financial agreements.
· Address payment-related issues in a proactive and professional manner, ensuring minimal delays in collections.
*Collaboration & Coordination:*
· Collaborate effectively with internal teams, including technical, logistics, and service departments, to ensure the seamless execution of sales and post-sales processes.
· Provide valuable customer feedback to relevant departments to enhance product offerings, service delivery, and overall customer satisfaction.
· Participate actively in sales meetings, strategy discussions, and performance reviews to drive continuous improvement and innovation within the sales function.

* Proven experience in HVAC outside sales and customer service
* Strong negotiation and business development skills
* Proficient in account management and B2B sales
* Familiarity with marketing and technology sales
