Job details
Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. Work site environment: Dusty. Tasks: Interpret blueprints, maps, drawings and specifications to plan methods or sequences of operation . Operate heavy equipment. Read blueprints, maps, drawings and specifications to determine work requirements . Clean and lubricate equipment and refill equipment tanks. Measure distance, volume, length and weight. Operate computer controlled equipment. Understand the purpose, proper usgage and information found on material safety data sheets (MSDS). Conduct pre-operational checks on equipment. Prepare accident reports. Secure special attachments to equipment. Perform minor repairs to equipment. Transportation/travel information: Own transportation. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Physically demanding. Attention to detail. Fast-paced environment. Own tools/equipment: Steel-toed safety boots. Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years.- LocationNorth York, ON
