Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. Work site environment: Air conditioned. Work setting: Vape shop. Retail business. Tasks: Supervise staff (apprentices, stages hands, design team, etc.). Assign sales workers to duties. Hire and train or arrange for training of staff. Establish work schedules. Sell merchandise. Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters. Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints and supply shortages. Organize and maintain inventory. Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers. Conduct performance reviews. Supervise office and volunteer staff. Supervision: 3-4 people. Security and safety: Driving record check (abstract). Transportation/travel information: Public transportation is available. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Handling heavy loads. Walking. Sitting. Standing for extended periods. Personal suitability: Efficient interpersonal skills. Flexibility. Reliability. Dependability. Initiative. Experience: 1 to less than 7 months.
