*Position Overview:*
We are looking for a passionate Mechanical Engineer who thrives on designing, integrating, and bringing humanoid robotic components to life. Your role will involve hands-on collaboration from the drawing board to the workshop, working closely with our manufacturing team to design, fabricate, assemble, and test cutting-edge robotic assemblies.
*Key Responsibilities:*
? Design and integrate mechanical components for humanoid robotics.
? Collaborate closely with the engineering and manufacturing teams to produce cohesive and robust humanoid robot designs.
? Participate directly in the fabrication, assembly, and testing phases of robotic systems.
? Organize and maintain clear, detailed CAD models and documentation.
? Perform and interpret FEA analysis for structural integrity and reliability.
*Qualifications:*
? Bachelor?s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
? Minimum of 2 years of experience (recent graduates demonstrating exceptional knowledge, passion, and a strong portfolio are encouraged to apply).
? Proficiency in Fusion 360 or Inventor.
? Experience designing gear and motor systems.
? Ability to integrate electrical systems into mechanical assemblies.
? Exposure to manufacturing processes (CNC machining, 3D printing, etc.).
*Preferred Experience (Not Required but Highly Valued):*
? Hands-on experience operating and programming CNC machines.
? Previous work in robotic systems.
? Detailed knowledge of harmonic, planetary, and cycloidal gear systems.
? Familiarity with IP ratings, shock/vibration testing, and environmental sealing.
? Practical experience with design validation testing and mechanical failure analysis.
