We are seeking a skilled Assembler to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assembling components and products according to specifications and blueprints. This role requires a keen eye for detail, proficiency in using hand tools, and the ability to read schematics effectively. The Assembler will contribute to the overall quality and efficiency of our production process while ensuring safety standards are met.
*Responsibilities*
- Assemble products and components based on provided blueprints and schematics.
- Utilize various hand tools and equipment to complete assembly tasks.
- Perform welding, caulking, construction painting, tile laying, and flooring installation as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects.
- Conduct quality checks on assembled products to ensure they meet specifications.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency.
- Assist in troubleshooting assembly issues and provide solutions as necessary.
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines while working in the assembly area.
*Qualifications*
- Proven experience in assembly or related fields such as carpentry or construction.
- Strong skills in reading blueprints and schematics.
- Proficiency with hand tools and equipment used in assembly tasks.
- Experience with welding, caulking, construction painting, tile laying, and flooring installation is a plus.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members.
