*Job Summary* We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Advertising Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling advertising solutions to businesses, helping them enhance their visibility and reach their target audience. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to build lasting relationships with clients. *Duties* * Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and referrals. * Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their advertising needs and objectives. * Present advertising solutions tailored to meet client requirements, including print, digital, and social media options. * Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations that effectively communicate the value of our advertising products. * Negotiate contracts and close sales while ensuring client satisfaction throughout the process. * Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials that support sales efforts. * Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for growth. * Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status in the CRM system. *Qualifications* * Proven experience in sales or advertising; prior experience as an Advertising Sales Representative is a plus. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage clients effectively. * Strong negotiation skills and a results-oriented mindset. * Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. * Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. * A strong understanding of digital marketing trends is preferred but not required. * A bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field is advantageous but not mandatory.
