Aisin Canada is a tier 1 Automotive facility in Stratford Ontario within the Toyota group with a great culture that promotes from within. As a maintenance team member imagine starting at $43.25/hr (days) in a super clean, well lit environment that is climate controlled, with great benefits that start immediately. In maintenance you can expect 8 hour rotating shifts with paid breaks for days and afternoons and straight midnights. For the millwright position we are currently looking for days and afternoons 7am-3pm or 3pm-11pm rotating shifts. With shift premiums afternoons is $43.90/hr. In the Millwright role you can expect to complete the duties below with some of the experiences also listed: * Complete records concerning PM?s * Replacement of defective equipment/parts. * Equipment repair including diagnosis and appropriate resolution. * Installation of new equipment and/or parts. * Dismantle and reassemble machinery and equipment as needed. * Clean, lubricate and perform other routine maintenance work on machinery. * Inspect and examine machinery and equipment to detect and investigate irregularities and malfunctions. * Maintain certification process of equipment and plant compliance. * Participate in kaizen activities * Repair facility * Excellent time management and problem-solving skills. * Welding/Fabricating * General Machining including Lathe, Mill and Surface Grinding * Ability to multitask and prioritize work. * Experience in an automotive JIT manufacturing environment. * Minimum of 3-5 years previous experience in a similar maintenance and millwright role is preferred \*\* Uniform provided \*\* Climate controlled facility _Aisin Canada welcomes team members, clients and visitors with disabilities and promotes a safe, diverse, and inclusive working environment that is free from all forms of violence, harassment, discrimination, and reprisals.
