*Job Summary*
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Window Cleaner to join our team for the season between May and late September. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of windows in various commercial and residential settings. This role requires a strong commitment to safety, quality, and customer satisfaction while utilizing both hand tools and power tools to achieve exceptional results.
*Duties*
* Perform window cleaning services for commercial and residential properties, ensuring high standards of cleanliness.
* Conduct thorough inspections of windows before and after cleaning to ensure quality results.
* Communicate effectively with clients to understand their specific needs and address any concerns.
* Manage time efficiently to complete tasks within scheduled timeframes while maintaining quality standards.
* Lift heavy equipment or materials as required during the cleaning process.
*Qualifications*
* Previous experience in commercial cleaning or custodial services is preferred but not required.
* Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
* Familiarity with facilities maintenance practices is a plus.
* Capable of heavy lifting and performing physically demanding tasks throughout the workday.
* Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
* Attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
* Must be able to work independently as well as part of a team.
