Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. Tasks: Study market reports, trade periodicals and sales promotion materials. Arrange product according to planogram. Establish and maintain contact with suppliers. Maintain adequate stock levels. Oversee distribution of merchandise to outlets. Review requirements of establishment and determine quantity and type of merchandise to purchase. Select and purchase merchandise for resale. Supervise work of other buyers. Visit trade shows, showrooms, factories and product design events. Computer and technology knowledge: Internet. MS Excel. MS Outlook. MS Word. Transportation/travel information: Own transportation. Supports newcomers and/or refugees with foreign credential recognition. Offers mentorship programs that pair newcomers and/or refugees with experienced employees . Provides diversity and cross-cultural trainings to create a welcoming work environment for newcomers and/or refugees .
