We are a busy, patient-focused pharmacy, and we are currently seeking a self-directed, highly motivated, and service-oriented pharmacist to join our team.

*Summary of Role:*
We are seeking a qualified pharmacist to join our team at Downtown Pharmacy. As a key member of our pharmacy team, you will work alongside other professionals to dispense medications, provide patient consultations, and ensure the safe and effective use of pharmaceuticals. Your expertise will be crucial in helping enhance the health and well-being of our patients.
*Key Responsibilities:*
* Accurately and efficiently dispense prescription medications.
* Provide comprehensive consultations to patients regarding medication use, side effects, and health management.
* Monitor patient medication therapies to ensure safety and effectiveness.
* Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient care.
* Maintain accurate records of prescriptions and patient profiles.
* Educate patients on managing chronic conditions and overall health.
*Qualifications & Requirements:*
* A pharmacy degree from an accredited institution.
* Valid pharmacist licensure to practice in Ontario, Canada.
* Strong knowledge of medical terminology and pharmacology.
* Excellent communication skills for effective patient interaction.
* Experience in acute care, geriatrics, and/or pediatrics is an asset, but not required.
* Fluency in French is an asset, but not required.

Pay: $55.00-$65.00 per hour
Expected hours: 8 ? 16 per week
