Let us help you take control of your energy. *Responsibilities:* * Represent Sunergy Solar professionally by increasing solar awareness and becoming an expert on solar energy * Ensure a positive and high-quality customer experience through all interactions * Meet or exceed individual and team sales goals * Participate in continuous training opportunities to hone your craft and build leadership skills * All sales positions daily responsibilities differ based on the nature of the role from qualifying customers to signing agreements through an in-home sales process, * Provide excellent customer service by managing accounts proactively *Qualifications:* * Excellent communication skills * Positive attitude and strong work ethic * Coachable and self-motivated * Capable of working well under pressure and meeting or exceeding sales goals * Exceptional critical thinking skills * Able to perform with minimal supervision * Resourceful; able to multitask, problem-solve, and prioritize * Must be available for evenings and Saturdays * Must have reliable transportation * 1+ years of experience in sales *What's in it for you:* * Clear path for career growth & leadership opportunity * commission and bonuses Please apply with resume hphrconsulting@gmail.com Job Type: Full-time Compensation: up to $100K plus Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent Pay: Up to $100,000.00 per year Additional pay: * Bonus pay Benefits: * Paid time off * Tuition reimbursement Flexible language requirement: * French not required Schedule: * Monday to Friday * Weekends as needed Ability to commute/relocate: * Ennismore, ON K0L 1T0: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred) Experience: * sales: 3 years (required) Licence/Certification: * Driving Licence (preferred) Work Location: In person
