*Company Description* Peakhill Capital is a commercial real estate asset manager that invests in debt and equity for its own account and those of its institutional investors. The company provides competitive and flexible capital for developers in various asset types and is a CMHC approved lender. Peakhill manages risk through its market knowledge, underwriting, and relationships. *Role Description* This is a full-time on-site Analyst role located in Toronto, ON. The Analyst will be responsible for supporting the commercial real estate asset management team in day-to-day tasks related to debt and equity investments, underwriting, and business development. *Qualifications* * Financial Analysis, Investment Analysis, and Risk Management skills * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Business, or related field * Experience in commercial real estate or asset management is a plus * Business Development experience is a plus Job Type: Full-time Pay: $40,000.00-$100,000.00 per year Additional pay: * Commission pay Flexible language requirement: * French not required Schedule: * Monday to Friday Work Location: In person- LocationToronto, ON
