*Job Summary* We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team as an independent contractor. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness for various customers. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. *Duties* * Perform general cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting in assigned areas. * Use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively for various cleaning tasks. * Communicate effectively with team members and management regarding cleaning schedules and supply needs. * Assist with heavy lifting when moving furniture or equipment as required. * Provide excellent customer service by addressing any concerns or requests from facility users promptly. *Skills* * Strong knowledge of commercial cleaning techniques and custodial practices. * Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently. * Ability to perform facilities maintenance tasks as needed. * Proficient in using hand tools and power tools safely. * Strong communication skills to interact effectively with team members and customers. * Capability to handle heavy lifting and physically demanding tasks. *Requirements* * Previous Experience Preferred * Up to date and recent Criminal Record Check / Pass Criminal Record Check * Reliable Vehicle * Set of Supplies or Ability to Aquire supplies Join our team as a Cleaner where your contributions will help create a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for all!
