ICC Property Management Ltd. is seeking a dedicated and experienced Condominium Manager to oversee day to day operations and ensure the highest level of service for our clients.
*Responsibilities*
* Lead and supervise daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
* Provide exceptional customer service by addressing owner/tenant/director needs and resolving issues promptly.
* Oversee condominium management tasks, ensuring all facilities are well-maintained and compliant with regulations.
* Manage data entry processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in record keeping.
* Negotiate contracts and agreements with vendors and service providers to optimize operational costs.
* Maintain organized office environments, including filing systems and administrative tasks.
* Collaborate with team members to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.
*Requirements*
* CMRAO General License.
* Experience in a Condominium Manager role.
* Strong customer service and communication skills.
* Confident in independently carrying out Condominium Manager-related responsibilities such as chairing Board Meetings, preparing Annual Budgets, conducting property inspections, and more.
* Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated.
