The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with clients, and closing sales for our property maintenance services. *Key Responsibilities:*
* Identify and engage potential clients, including homeowners, property managers, and commercial businesses.
* Present and promote our range of property maintenance services to prospective customers.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring long-term partnerships.
* Follow up on leads and inquiries, providing excellent customer service.
* Negotiate contracts and close sales to meet and exceed sales targets.
* Keep accurate records of sales, client interactions, and follow-up actions.
* Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor offerings.
*Requirements:*
* Proven experience in sales, preferably in property maintenance, construction, or related industries.
* Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
* Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

* Valid driver?s license and reliable transportation.
