*Overview*
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Supervisor to lead our construction team and oversee project execution from start to finish. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a thorough understanding of construction processes. As a Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
*Duties*
* Supervise and coordinate daily activities of construction workers on-site.
* Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.
* Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and project plans to ensure accurate execution.
* Implement quality control measures to guarantee high standards of workmanship.
* Utilize construction management software such as ProCore for project tracking and documentation.
* Train and mentor team members to enhance their skills and performance.
* Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and subcontractors regarding project progress and issues.

* Strong supervisory skills with the ability to lead a diverse team effectively.
* Proficiency in construction estimating, budgeting, and resource allocation.
* Excellent blueprint reading capabilities to interpret complex plans accurately.
* Knowledge of quality control processes in the construction industry.
* Familiarity with construction management software such as ProCore.
* Ability to understand schematics and technical drawings related to construction projects.
* Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on building efficient workflows.
