We are seeking a motived Sales Representative to join our team and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong customer relationships, and closing sales to meet or exceed targets.

* Open new accounts by ?cold calling? on local businesses, schools and school boards and hospitals
* Manage the newly opened and existing accounts
* Build and nurture lasting relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business
* Obtain useful information about a prospect for qualifying purposes
* Collaborate with the sales team to meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to overall company growth
* Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process, from the initial contact to post-sale support
* Collaborate with the operations and logistics team to ensure smooth order processing and delivery
* If requested hand-in sales call log sheet daily and other sales report formats as may be provided and requested from time to time
* Independently operate in a geographical territory
* Participate in all meetings scheduled by management
* Achieve targeted performance levels on all Key Performance Metrics, qualitative and quantitative as defined by the company
* Achieve all performance incentives implemented by the company
* Show discipline and focus in your effort
* Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our different commodity lines
* Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to expand the company?s presence in the market
* Other duties as assigned
* Assist with furniture showroom sales.
