Planning: Develop event plans, including timelines, seating arrangements, and menu selections
Coordination: Oversee the logistical aspects of events, including working with the culinary team and other departments
Staff management: Recruit, train, schedule and manage staff, including servers, bartenders, and support staff
Customer service: Ensure exceptional customer service and guest satisfaction
Food standards: Maintain food standards, including the hygienic standards of the kitchen and food serving work
Health and safety: Ensure health and safety, and devise solutions to problems that may arise
Vendor relationships: Develop vendor relationships to reduce food and supply costs
Social Media management: Create content, Plan campaigns, Manage communities (eg. TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Mass Emailing etc.), Analyze performance, Adjust strategies, Monitor metrics, and Manage online reputation
Inventory management: Overseeing inventory and Ordering products as required by events.
Financial management: Budgeting and Monitoring expenses.
