*Summary*
The HVAC Technician will be responsible for performing onsite maintenance to HVAC (heating, ventilation, and air conditioning) systems and equipment. Perform duties to install, troubleshoot, repair and maintain equipment according to safety, predictive and productive maintenance.
*Key Responsibilities*
* Provide emergency/unscheduled repairs of HVAC equipment onsite.
* Conduct scheduled/preventative maintenance to HVAC equipment onsite.
* Perform regular property inspections of HVAC systems
* Maintain heating and air conditioning systems, boilers, pumps, heat pumps, fan units, thermostats, cooling towers, etc.
* Maintain and repair hot water tanks
* Maintain and/or has working knowledge of environmental safeguards and alarm systems.
* Lead seasonal transition from heating to cooling at all properties.
* Detect faulty operations, defective material and report those and any usual situations to proper supervision.
* Comply with safety regulations and maintain clean and orderly work areas.
* Set priorities for preventative maintenance work orders and scheduled work.
* Perform all other duties as assigned or needed.
*Education and Experience*
* Minimum high school diploma or equivalent education
* Gas Technician 2 (G2) license
* Working knowledge and experience with Residential/Commercial HVAC equipment.
* Ability to diagnose and repair air conditioning units quickly and efficiently.
* License to handle refrigerants and to repair and maintain refrigeration and air conditioning systems is an asset.

Pay: $55,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
