Tasks

Diagnose diseases and physiological disorders

Prescribe medication and treatment

Refer patients for surgery

Study the nature, cause and development of diseases and the structural and functional changes caused by diseases

Act as consultants to other physicians

Order laboratory tests, X-rays and other diagnostic procedures
Credentials
Certificates, licences, memberships, and courses

Medical Council of Canada Qualifying Examination (MCCQE I and MCCQE II)
