*Key Responsibilities*
In this role, you?ll play an integral part in our pharmacy?s success by handling a variety of tasks, including:
* Delivering outstanding customer service, including answering phones and accepting prescriptions.
* Ensuring accurate and complete prescription information from patients.
* Assisting the Pharmacy Technician and Pharmacist with filling prescriptions.
* Preparing and managing blister packs.
* Completing cash transactions and preparing orders for pick-up and delivery.
* Receiving, organizing, and stocking product orders.
* Managing inventory, including performing cycle counts and restocking consumables.
* Maintaining patient profiles and ensuring accurate record-keeping and scanning.
* Assisting with front-shop merchandising to enhance the customer experience.
* Performing other pharmacy-related duties as required.
*Requirements*
We?re looking for candidates who demonstrate professionalism, accuracy, and a patient-first approach. The ideal candidate will have:
* Education: High school diploma or greater.
* Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a pharmacy setting.
* Technical Skills: Proficiency with KROLL pharmacy software and Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, etc.).
* Self-Reliance: Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
* Customer Service Focus: A passion for delivering exceptional patient care and support.
* Attention to Detail: Accuracy in completing tasks and managing inventory.
* Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
