As we continue to grow, we are looking for a motivated, reliable, and eager-to-learn individual to join our team. *Position Overview:* We are seeking an experienced Siding Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in installing Hardie Board and LP siding, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality.? *Key Responsibilities:* * Install Hardie Board and LP siding materials on residential properties. * Measure, cut, and fit siding panels to ensure precise installation. * Apply weatherproofing techniques, including flashing and moisture barriers. * Trim and finish siding around windows, doors, and other openings. * Collaborate with team members to ensure project timelines and quality standards are met. * Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to safety protocols.? *Qualifications:* * Proven experience in siding installation, specifically with Hardie Board and LP products. * Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings. * Strong knowledge of siding installation techniques and weatherproofing methods. * Excellent attention to detail and craftsmanship. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. * Boom lift and fall arrest tickets are considered an asset? *Physical Requirements:* * Ability to lift heavy materials and equipment. * Comfortable working at heights and in various weather conditions. * Manual dexterity and physical stamina.? *Benefits:* * Competitive wage based on experience. * Opportunities for professional development and training. * Supportive and collaborative team environment.
