We are looking for an Experienced Dental Receptionist for our busy office located in 205 Markham Road Scarborough ON M1J 3C3.
Duties
- Greet and welcome patients to the dental office
- Answer phone calls and schedule appointments
- Verify insurance coverage and collect patient information
- Assist with billing and payment processing
- Maintain patient records and update electronic medical records
- Coordinate referrals to specialists as needed
- Provide excellent customer service and address patient inquiries or concerns
Qualifications
- Previous experience working in a dental office or medical office setting preferred
- Proficiency in using dental office software such as Tracker
- Familiarity with electronic medical records systems
- Strong administrative and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of medical terminology is a plus
