*Job Overview* We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team. As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you will lead a team of housekeeping staff, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient operations. *Duties* * Oversee daily housekeeping operations to ensure high standards of cleanliness and organization throughout the facility. * Train, mentor, and supervise housekeeping staff, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures. * Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to maintain quality control. * Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, placing orders as necessary to ensure adequate stock levels. * Develop cleaning schedules and assign tasks to team members based on occupancy levels and specific needs. * Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly, ensuring a positive experience for all visitors. * Implement safety protocols and maintain compliance with health regulations within the housekeeping department. *Experience* * Previous experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality or custodial industry is preferred. * Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, equipment, and safety standards related to hotel or industrial cleaning. * Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. * Strong communication skills to interact with staff and guests professionally. * A commitment to providing exceptional service in a fast-paced environment.
