*Job Description*
Carriere & Poirier Equipment Limited, a family-owned business is one of the largest Kubota dealership in Canada. The company sells new and used kubota equipment, parts and provides maintenance service. We are looking for an experienced Heavy Equipment Mechanic to fill the permanent full-time position. The hired person will carry out the following duties and responsibilities:
* Repair and service tractors, excavators, and other heavy equipment
* Test repaired equipment for proper performance and to ensure that work meets manufacturers? specifications
* Order parts and maintain inventory
* Clean, lubricate, and perform other routine maintenance work on equipment
* Diagnose faults or malfunctions to determine the extent of needed repair
* Keep maintenance reports and documentation
* Perform other routine maintenance
