Clarke Smith Estabrooks & Miller Law Office is seeking a Lawyer to join our firm. An interest in wills and estates would be an asset. We would also be interested in a sole practitioner looking to join a small firm that offers you support and an opportunity to grow your practice.
CSEM is a small firm with 4 lawyers and 10 support staff located in NW Regina. We are a well-established firm, having worked out of the same office since the 1980s. Our practice areas are broad and include; family law, wills and estates, civil litigation, criminal law, corporate law and residential real estate. We offer an opportunity to a lawyer to assume an established practice with opportunities to grow the practice, and opportunities for ownership (partnership).
*Qualifications*
* Practicing Member in good standing with the Law Society of Saskatchewan.
* Self-motivated with an ability to work independently
* Able to provide exceptional customer service
* Excellent practice management skills
* negotiation skills with a proven ability to advocate effectively for clients.
* Exceptional writing skills for drafting clear and persuasive legal documents.
