*Qualifications:* To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to work independently, work under strict time constraints and present a strong mechanical aptitude. Must be insurable. The *requirements* listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required: · Motorcycle 310G . Small Engines, Snowmobiles ATVs, and Side by Sides, Golf Carts, Marine and Argo · Must have own tools, both metric and SAE. · Strong ability to multi-task and work independently. · Ability to perform routine maintenance, small engine repair, vehicle assembly, accessory installation and diagnostics, rebuild motors, shocks and transmissions. · Available to work Saturdays on a rotation. · Operate in extremely busy conditions during busy months (extra hours may be required) *Essential Duties and Responsibilities:* · Identify customers' needs and exceed their expectations *Maintain, diagnosis, and repair Snowmobiles, ATVs, Side by sides, Golf carts, Marine, Argo, Lawn & Garden* · Provide prompt, dependable, high-quality, vehicle service · Assemble and PDI of Snowmobile, ATV, SXS, lawn & garden and generators. *Maintain a clean and organized work environment* · Inspect, diagnose, maintain and repair all powersports equipment. · Diagnostic knowledge of gasoline engines · Motivated, punctual, well organized, attention to detail and disciplined towards work · Able to utilize computer to look up parts required for machine · Work closely with the service writers and parts and sales departments · Ability to provide service paperwork, on time, correct and accurate. · Communicate product questions or issues to supervisor and/or manufacturer. · Provide accurate work orders, good communication skills including communication with service writer, and communication with customers.
