Delivery upon project strategies for core software delivery which may include; requirements development, support testing teams of medium to large agile labs across various platforms, configurations and environments. Assess the risk and quality of changes and enhancements to existing & new applications and processes which support the Wealth Management network. An active collaborator on the Agile project team, the incumbent is responsible for leading standups, discussions & retrospectives from project delivery perspective and is expected to use best practices to evolve the product solution and ensure working products are delivered with quality. Is this role right for you? In this role you will: Develop and maintain web applications using Java, AEM, Spring Boot, and other backend technologies. Design and implement RESTful APIs and SOAP services. Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic. Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability. Troubleshoot and debug applications to ensure optimal performance. Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure our applications remain cutting-edge. Do you have the skills that will enable you to succeed in this role? We'd love to work with you if you have: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 5 + Years of extensive experience with AEM components, templates, dialogs, and workflows using the AEM architecture (Sling, CRX, OSGI, JCR) Configure and set up AEM workflows, Sling mapping, Multi-site management including translation framework 8+ Years of experience Spring Boot, REST APIs, and SOAP services. Proficiency in Java, J2EE, and related frameworks. Solid understanding of developing Web application in Apache, Tomcat & JBoss servers. Strong understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript). Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git). Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and teamwork abilities. Experience in complex software product delivery in an agile environment. Nice to have skills: Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., GCP, Azure). Knowledge of microservices architecture. Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools. Experience with containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes). What's in it for you?
