*Overview* We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Lawn Care Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for landscaping and a strong understanding of lawn maintenance practices. This role involves working outdoors to enhance the beauty and health of residential and commercial properties through effective lawn care techniques. The Lawn Care Specialist will be responsible for maintaining landscapes, ensuring proper irrigation, and utilizing various tools to achieve optimal results. *Responsibilities* * Perform routine lawn maintenance tasks such as mowing, edging, and trimming. * Utilize hand tools and power tools to maintain and enhance the landscape. * Irrigate lawns and gardens effectively to promote healthy growth. * Conduct regular inspections of lawns to identify issues such as pests or diseases. * Provide recommendations for lawn care improvements based on observations. * Maintain equipment in good working condition through regular cleaning and minor repairs. * Spring and fall cleanups * light garden work * Odd jobs *Skills* * Strong mechanical knowledge to operate and maintain various landscaping equipment. * Proficiency in using hand tools such as shovels, rakes, and pruners. * Experience with power tools including lawn mowers, trimmers, and blowers. * Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks throughout the day. * Attention to detail to ensure high-quality work in maintaining landscapes.
