*Job description*
We're currently hiring for *1 Sales Associate (1 Part Time )* with fluency in *English *to join our team to work out of our store located in Lawrence Square Mall.
*Job Duties & Responsibilities:*
* Ability to sell wireless products and plans and best describe them to the customer
* Assess customer needs with respect to the purchase of wireless products, billing inquiries, and equipment/technical challenges
* Ability to stay current with changes in offers/promotions, new products, services and policies to maintain high level product knowledge and services
* Providing exceptional customer support to both current and prospective clients
* Handle requests, questions and any issues in a positive manner
* Process sales and enter refund of orders on a daily basis
* Receive and manage the inventory processes
* Review Sales reports on a daily basis
Any other duties as may be assigned by Management

Salary: $17.20 per hour + Commissions + Bonuses and Incentives/Employee Discounts
