*Job description* We're currently hiring for *1 Sales Associate (1 Part Time )* with fluency in *English *to join our team to work out of our store located in Lawrence Square Mall. *Job Duties & Responsibilities:* * Ability to sell wireless products and plans and best describe them to the customer * Assess customer needs with respect to the purchase of wireless products, billing inquiries, and equipment/technical challenges * Ability to stay current with changes in offers/promotions, new products, services and policies to maintain high level product knowledge and services * Providing exceptional customer support to both current and prospective clients * Handle requests, questions and any issues in a positive manner * Process sales and enter refund of orders on a daily basis * Receive and manage the inventory processes * Review Sales reports on a daily basis Any other duties as may be assigned by Management *Technical Knowledge & Skills:* * Product knowledge abilities * Strong understanding of customer needs and competition * Exceptional influencing and relationship building skills * Strong vision and analytical skills * Strong negotiating skills * Team Player * People Skills * Ability to work in a fast paced environment * Well-rounded and tech savvy *Language Ability:* *Must have good verbal communication skills in English * *Education and Experience:* * High School Diploma or Bachelor's Degree * Wireless Experience shall be an asset Salary: $17.20 per hour + Commissions + Bonuses and Incentives/Employee Discounts Job Types: Full time; Permanent Job Types: Part-time, Permanent Pay: $17.20-$18.00 per hour Benefits: * Store discount Flexible language requirement: * French not required Shift: * Day shift Work days: * Monday to Friday * Weekends as needed Work Location: In person Application deadline: 2025-04-25 Expected start date: 2025-04-30- LocationNorth York, ON
