Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. or equivalent experience. Work setting: Urban area. Warehouse. Retail/wholesale establishment/distribution centre. Tasks: Determine method of shipment. Schedule transportation conveyances. Assemble containers and crates. Inspect and verify incoming goods against invoices or other documents. Maintain internal record-keeping system. Route goods to appropriate storage areas. Pack goods to be shipped. Unpack goods received. Oversee loading and unloading of goods. Certificates, licences, memberships, and courses : Forklift Operator Certification. Equipment and machinery experience: Dollies and hand trucks. Hoists or winches. Industrial lift trucks and fork-lifts. Own tools/equipment: Cellular phone. Steel-toed safety boots. Screening questions: Are you currently legally able to work in Canada?.
