Precise ParkLink manages thousands of parking lots on behalf of hundreds of property owners. They supply cutting-edge technology and services to thousands of clients in the healthcare, municipal, commercial, institutional, and private sectors.
We handle a variety of commercial and residential flat roofs, including torch-on, EPDM, TPO, and built-up systems. We're looking for skilled and reliable roofers to join our crew for ongoing repair and maintenance work.
*Job Responsibilities:*
* Perform inspections, leak detection, and repairs on flat roof systems
* Install and maintain torch-on, single-ply (EPDM/TPO), and built-up roofing systems
* Identify and troubleshoot problem areas on existing roofs
* Safely operate tools, ladders, and other roofing equipment
* Maintain clean and safe job sites
* Complete job reports and communicate findings with foreman or supervisor
*Qualifications:*
* 4+ years of flat roofing experience preferred (repairs especially)
* Comfortable working at heights and in various weather conditions
* Experience with torch-on, EPDM, and TPO is an asset
* Basic hand tools and PPE required (company can supply specialized gear)
* Valid driver?s license and reliable transportation an asset
* Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
