Work conditions and physical capabilities: Repetitive tasks. Manual dexterity. Hand-eye co-ordination. Standing for extended periods. Attention to detail. Bending, crouching, kneeling. Recruits newcomers and/or refugees who were displaced by a conflict or a natural disaster (for example: Ukraine, Afghanistan, etc.) .
