*About Us:* KW Towing is a trusted name in towing and recovery, known for fast response times and quality service. We're growing fast and looking for a skilled *Diesel Mechanic* to join our team and keep our fleet of tow trucks running strong and safe. *Job Summary:* As a Diesel Mechanic at KW Towing, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining our fleet of light, medium, and heavy-duty tow trucks. We?re looking for someone who takes pride in their work, can work independently, and understands the urgency of keeping our trucks on the road. *Key Responsibilities:* * Perform diagnostics and repairs on diesel engines, hydraulic systems, transmissions, brakes, and suspensions. * Conduct regular preventative maintenance on tow trucks and support vehicles. * Troubleshoot electrical issues and perform wiring repairs as needed. * Keep accurate maintenance records and inspection reports. * Ensure all repairs and maintenance meet safety standards. * Respond to breakdowns when needed and perform on-site repairs. * Communicate clearly with dispatch and management regarding truck status. *Qualifications:* * 3+ years of experience as a Diesel Mechanic (Tow truck experience a big plus). * 310T or 310S license. * Strong understanding of diesel engines, hydraulics, and heavy-duty systems. * Valid driver?s license (CDL preferred or ability to obtain). * Own set of tools preferred. * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle emergency repairs. * Must be dependable, punctual, and safety-oriented. *What We Offer:* * Competitive pay based on experience. * Overtime opportunities. * Paid time off and holidays. * Health benefits available. * A solid team atmosphere with room to grow.
