*Job Summary*
We are seeking a skilled Carpenter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various carpentry tasks, including flooring installation, drywall work, and masonry. *Responsibilities*
* Construct, install, and repair structures and fixtures made from wood, plywood, and wallboard.
* Perform flooring installation and tile laying as needed.
* Work on siding and roofing projects to ensure proper installation and durability.
* Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to determine project specifications.
* Execute drywall installation and finishing tasks with precision.
* Handle heavy lifting of materials and equipment safely during construction projects.
* Collaborate with other tradespeople to complete projects efficiently.
* Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
* Adhere to safety guidelines and regulations on all job sites.
*Requirements*
* Proven experience as a Carpenter with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
* Proficiency in flooring installation, tile laying, siding, roofing, drywall work, and masonry.
* Ability to read schematics and technical drawings accurately.
* Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
* Physical stamina for heavy lifting and standing for extended periods.
* Excellent communication skills to work effectively within a team environment.
* Valid driver's license may be required for transportation to job sites.
