As a member of the Stakeholder Experience team, this key role involves leading the development and execution of a comprehensive communication strategy aimed at enhancing member and employer engagement. You will oversee audience segmentation, crafting targeted, data-driven campaigns across multiple channels, and organizing educational outreach events to drive engagement. In addition, you will ensure all communication materials align with organizational strategy, comply with regulatory and accessibility standards, and manage our digital communication platforms. *How will you spend your time?*
* Develop and implement an omni-channel communication strategy that drives member and employer engagement.
* Oversee audience segmentation to create targeted, personalized, and data-driven communication campaigns.
* Oversee content creation, ensuring all communications align with organizational strategy and meet compliance and accessibility standards.
* Lead the planning and execution of outreach events, including educational webinars, in-person seminars, and engagement workshops with both internal and external stakeholders.
* Own and manage the optimization of digital communication platforms, working with technical teams and portal owners to improve user experience.
* As a key member of the management team, champion team performance and foster a values driven, high-performing, engaged and collaborative culture.
*What expertise will you bring?*
* You?ll have a post-secondary degree or diploma in Communications, Public Relations or related field, supplemented by eight or more years of experience in corporate communications, customer experience or marketing, preferably in a pension, financial services or regulated industry.
* Experience planning and delivering integrated, audience-focused communication strategies across digital and traditional platforms.
* Experience with customer segmentation, outreach programs and communication initiatives focused on engagement.
* Experience leading projects, managing timelines, and guiding a high-performing team, with emphasis on timelines and delivery.
* Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills; able to translate complex pension-related information into clear, accessible content.
* Proficient in English with excellent presentation skills and public speaking experience.
*What is the pay?*
$116,036 - $145,045 annually (based on qualifications and skills).
