We are currently looking for a permanent full-time Accounting Clerk for our Saskatoon Office*. *This position will report to the Assistant Finance Manager. This position will be responsible for the accounts receivable processes for AcuFast US. *This position will include the following responsibilities and day-to-day functions, but is not limited to:* * Invoicing customers regularly by calculating pricing as outlined in contracts, along with the aid of order forms and the sales team?s assistance. * Monitoring customer account details for non-payments, delayed payments, and other irregularities. * Investigating and resolving customer queries. * Researching, understanding, and processing adjustments. * Collaborating with the sales team and logistics staff for invoice pricing, quantities, and credits support. * Monitoring established credit policies; performing credit checks. * Compiling reports for management. * Assist in the annual audit process and variance analysis. *The successful candidate would ideally possess the following experience and qualifications:* * 3+ years of experience in Accounting.
