Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. Work site environment: Noisy. Dusty. Tasks: Prepare and submit reports. Recommend measures to improve productivity . Resolve work problems, provide technical advice and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality. Establish work schedules. Train or arrange for training. Oversee safety of operations. Requisition or order materials, equipment and supplies. Set up machines and equipment. Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule (and possibly review) activities of workers. Recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality. Establish methods to meet work schedules and co-ordinate work activities with other work units. Inspect final products. Supervision: 11-15 people. Computer and technology knowledge: MS Excel. Security and safety: Criminal record check. Transportation/travel information: Valid driver's licence. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Repetitive tasks. Handling heavy loads. Physically demanding. Manual dexterity. Attention to detail. Hand-eye co-ordination. Ability to distinguish between colours. Combination of sitting, standing, walking. Own tools/equipment: Steel-toed safety boots. Personal suitability: Efficient interpersonal skills.
