*We are currently looking for Key Holders to join our team!*
Key Holders are supervisors responsible for opening and closing the store. Their duties also include:
* Processing transactions and customer orders
* Putting together customer orders as they are placed
* Responding to customer inquiries with product knowledge and accuracy
* Adhere to all company training, operation standards and procedure
* Abide by all company and provincial regulations and requirements for the sale of cannabis and associated products.
* Complete tasks as assigned by the store manager
* Verify ID of all customers entering the store
* Manage occupancy levels of the store and limit entry to prevent overcrowding
* First point of contact for any law enforcement, inspectors, landlords or local community when the store managers are unavailable
* Communicate any issues to store managers
* Maintaining a clean and organized Sales floor / Storage room
* Maintaining inventory, stocking the storage rooms as product shipments arrive, reporting any inventory discrepancies as well as assisting in inventory audits
* Maintaining Tills, Terminals, Float and End of day deposits
* Completing daily EOD Reports ( End of Day Reports )
Additional Requirements:
*- Minimum age of 19+*
-Criminal background check
-CannSell Training Certificate
-Eagerness to learn
-Demonstrate high levels of integrity and responsibility
-Experience in handling and utilizing POS systems. (Additional training for the Cannabis POS system will be provided)
-Positive and outgoing personality to ensure a high level of customer interaction and satisfaction
-Ability to multitask and move quickly
-Experience in inventory management
-Organizational skills to maintain efficiencies
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: From $18.50 per hour
Schedule:
* 8 hour shift
* Day shift
* Evening shift
* Holidays
* Weekends as needed
Experience:
* Customer Service: 1 year (required)
* Retail Cannabis: 1 year (required)
Licence/Certification:
* Cannsell + Back Check (must obtain if hired) (preferred)
