*Job Summary* We are looking a dedicated, responsible and experienced individual to join our team as a Line-Cook on a permanent and full time and part-time basis. *Must be available to work between 10am and 8pm. For more information please inquire in person and ask for Mladen. *No phone calls please. *Responsibilities* * Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and presentation standards. * Ensure food safety and sanitation practices are followed at all times. * Assist in the preparation of ingredients, including chopping vegetables, marinating proteins, and measuring spices. * Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including workstations and storage areas. * Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours. * Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed. * Help train new kitchen staff on food preparation techniques and safety protocols. * Follow all health and safety regulations related to food handling and kitchen operations. *Experience* * Previous experience in food service or as a cook in a restaurant setting is *preferred*. * Knowledge of food safety standards and best practices for food handling. * Familiarity with various cooking techniques, equipment, and kitchen tools. * Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail. * Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team environment.
