*Job Overview* Industrial Manufacturing Company in Milton, ON, is looking for an Office Administrator. The ideal candidate is an organized individual with strong interpersonal and communication skills. We offer strong compensation and benefits. Industrial Ceramics Ltd offers a flexible and friendly work environment with varied responsibilities. *Duties* * Perform clerical tasks such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing office correspondence. * Assist with human resource tasks, such as maintaining employee records, processing payroll, and coordinating employee benefits. * Manage the front desk by greeting visitors, directing them to the appropriate personnel, and ensuring a professional and welcoming environment. * Communicate effectively with team members, logistic companies, and customers to ensure smooth company operations. * Use software for financial tasks such as customer invoicing, employee payroll, accounts receivable and payable. *Experience* * Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask. * Good communication skills, both verbal and written. * Experience with Microsoft Office. * Previous work experience in an administrative role or sales position an asset. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: $50,000.00-$55,000.00 per year Benefits: * Dental care * Extended health care * On-site parking Flexible language requirement: * French not required Schedule: * 8 hour shift * Monday to Friday Work Location: In person- LocationMilton, ON
