*Responsibilities*
* Lead and manage the kitchen staff, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient operations.
* Develop and design creative menus that align with seasonal ingredients and customer preferences.
* Ensure all food is prepared according to safety and hygiene regulations, maintaining high standards of food handling.
* Supervise food preparation and presentation to guarantee quality and consistency across all dishes.
* Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service and enhance the overall guest experience.
* Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and manage kitchen budgets effectively.
* Train new kitchen staff on cooking techniques, safety protocols, and restaurant policies.
* Stay updated on industry trends, incorporating new techniques and flavors into menu offerings.
*Experience*
* Proven experience as a Head Chef or in a similar role within the food service industry.
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
* In-depth knowledge of various cooking techniques, cuisines, and food presentation styles.
* Experience in restaurant management, including staff supervision and training.
* Familiarity with bartending practices is a plus for enhancing beverage pairings with menu items.
* Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with both kitchen and front-of-house teams.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $22.00-$33.00 per hour
