We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven sales / customer service representative to actively engage prospects and cross sell. You will provide complete total home solutions to every customer. *We need experienced HVAC comfort advisors for Costco customers.* *Responsibilities:* * You possess the drive and desire to close deals * Strong selling and customer service skills * Provide solutions and value to prospecting and existing customers * Establish, develop, and maintain business and customer relationships * Reach out to potential prospects through email and by phone * Multitask by taking inbound and outbound calls. Outbound calls would be combination of prospecting and following up with customers * Occasionally meet with prospects and customers to identify their needs * Maintain client contact and perform follow up calls * You are a self-starter that can work independently and as part of a team *Skills and experience:* \* * Proven track record in achieving and surpassing sales targets * You have a professional and outgoing personality that blends well with a fast paced environment * Excellent telephone etiquette: you can create value, listen, understand, and respond accordingly * You can deliver a high level of customer service * You are committed to personal and professional growth * The ability and desire to learn about new products Please email your resume.
