*Overview* We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Residential Supervisor to oversee construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a comprehensive understanding of residential construction processes. This role requires an individual who can effectively manage teams, ensure quality control, and maintain project timelines while adhering to budgetary constraints. *Duties* * Supervise daily operations on residential construction sites, ensuring all activities align with project specifications and timelines. * Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to develop and implement project plans. * Utilize construction management software such as ProCore and Bluebeam for project tracking, documentation, and communication. * Conduct regular quality control inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards and building codes. * Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction documents to guide the team in executing tasks accurately. * Assist in budgeting processes by providing input on material costs, labor estimates, and overall project financials. * Train and mentor team members on best practices in construction techniques and safety protocols. * Facilitate effective communication among team members, subcontractors, and clients to ensure smooth project execution. *Experience* * Proven experience in a supervisory role within the residential construction industry is essential. * Strong knowledge of construction estimating practices and quality control measures. * Proficiency in using construction management software such as Bluebeam and ProCore is highly desirable. * Familiarity with budgeting processes related to residential projects. * Excellent blueprint reading skills combined with the ability to understand complex schematics. * Demonstrated ability to lead teams effectively while fostering a positive work environment.
